Pipeline Armoring Project in St Andrews Bay

RME-Divers have completed a pipeline armoring project in St Andrews Bay in Panama City Florida, the project was completed 17 days ahead of schedule.
 
The project is designed to protect 1400 feet of exposed sewage pipeline crossing the bay.
 
The first stage of the project has been completed, this involved placement of over 600 tons of gravel to support the area of pipeline being armored.
 
The final stage is complete, during this phase 8 ton fiber mats measuring 28' x 5' were placed over the pipeline to protect it from damage.
