Information on the USACE permitted Bay County Florida offshore artificial reef sites.


There was some recent debate locally about the management and recording of artificial reefs located within the USACE - Bay County leased sites.

In summary; future deployments of artificial reef material will require pre-deployment inspection of material, pre-deployment inspection of site, post deployment inspection / recording of site, and submittal of coordinates to the Bay County Planning Office.
